Although the situation is really very serious, we are doing our best to keep all our services operational.

We kindly ask you to cooperate more effectively with the recipients of your shipments to adapt  shipment dispatch to the current situation.
Unnecessary delivery to a closed facility or plant and subsequent return of these goods is as well an unneeded additional expense for you.
For capacity reasons, we cannot store shipments in our facilities for the duration of the government measures.

Important instructions to follow

  1. Check with the recipients of your shipments if  their premises are open and ready to accept deliveries before you send it through our system. Unfortunately, we will not deliver shipments to closed premises.
  2. Our drivers have the right to refuse to take or hand over shipments if the sender / recipient is inadequately protected  - a face mask or any other covering of the nose and mouth (such as a scarf or shawl). In this case, delivery status will be "Not delivered - recipient does not have protective equipment".
  3. Failure to note and comply with the above instructions incurs unnecessary additional costs.
  4. Our Customer Centre’s is operating as standard. Working hours on weekdeay from 8 am to 5 pm.

    From Monday, April 20:
    Car showrooms and bazaars
    Farmers markets
    Crafts with business premises

    From Monday, April 27:
    All business premises up to 200 m2 (if they are not located in shopping malls over 5000 m2)

    From Monday, May 11:
    All business premises up to 1000 m2 (if they are not located in shopping malls over 5000 m2)

    From Monday, May 25:
    hairdresser's, barber shops, pedicures, manicures, cosmetic, massage, regeneration or reconditioning services

    From Monday, June 08:
    all business premises (stores) in shopping malls
    business premises over 1000 m2 which are not in shopping malls

    *The schedule is subject to change on the basis of a government decision according to the current development of the covid-19 situation

  • We issued a health protection measure for our employees already 2nd March 2020. 
    We have cancelled personal pick-ups at branches and if it is by any means possible, our people are working from home.
    We’re trying to supply our employees with protective equipment – face masks, disinfectant gels.
    We have intensified the disinfection of all surfaces at branches and logistics workplaces.

     

  • Due to unpredictable circumstances of development COVID-19, carriers may not be able to deliver shipments to intended airports, ports and final destinations, nor meet the deadlines or be able to realized transport at all, without any prior notice. We can’t accept any liability whatsoever, and we reserve the right to charge any additional costs not caused by us in connection with this situation. Thank you for your understanding.

    • Sea transports are carried out as standard and there is no significant delay.
    • Train transports from China are limited in capacity and there is a delay due to excess demand.
    • The situation is the worst for air transport. Airlines are still in a limited and suspended mode, some until the end of April.


    The only possible solution is now Cargo freight flights where, unfortunately, the price conditions are volatile and change daily.
    Another option is charter, i.e. contracting the entire aircraft.
