Parcel Transport

Dear customers, We would like to inform you that operation of Geis Point parcelshops is suspended on the grounds of the regulation of the Czech Republic Government. For parcels already stored there, we extend the period to pick up the parcel by the time of the parcelshop closure. To minimize the risks of spread of the virus, we also suspend picking up the parcels in person in all our depots as of 16 March 2020 until further notice. With regard to the current situation in Italy, all deliveries and collections are suspended until further notice. As regards parcels sent to Poland, there might be delays in deliveries due to the situation on the Czech/Polish border. Thank you for your understanding.
