We take care of your parcels whether you send them to a business or private address.
You can check your shipments location by entering yourr tracking number in the Tracking & Tracing field. If you have any questions, please call our customer service line at: +48 22 212 28 00 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
If the sender has provided your phone number, the driver will call you about two hours before delivery. If you don’t get a phone call or need to know the approximate time of delivery as soon as possible, you can contact us on our customer service line +420 951 277 777 during business hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Are you an individual or a company? Unfortunately we do not provide transport services to individuals. If you are a company, please fill in an inquiry form at: http://www.geis.cz/en/service-inquiry, which will be forwarded to our sales department and we will get back to you.
Our company typically provides next day delivery, however this is not guaranteed in case unpredictable events arise such as snow, accident etc.
Our company is able to transport all goods which are not perishable. Moreover, we do not transport securities, precious metals, works of art and antiques, banknotes, credit cards, weapons, drugs, etc. More details are available in our Terms and Conditions.
Geis Parcel specializes in courier delivery of up to 50 kg with a maximum height of 60 cm, maximum width of 80 cm, maximum length of 200 cm, and the 2x height + 2x width + length must not to exceed 3 m. On the other hand, Geis PL offers services in the field of pallet transport and larger shipments of up to 2 500 kg - the maximum length must not exceed 3 m and the maximum height 2.20 m.
