Transportation charges increase for shipments to, from, and within Spain

ee would like to inform you of a change in the prices of our services for shipments to, from, and within Spain.
Why is the price changing?
On April 15, 2026, a new Royal Decree-Law 9/2026 came into effect in Spain, which fundamentally changes the rules for adjusting transportation charges based on fuel prices. This legislation now:
- mandates the application of a fuel surcharge,
- changes the methodology for calculating it (now based on the pre-tax fuel price),
- introduces stricter rules for its reporting and auditing,
- and requires carriers to adjust their calculations to current fuel prices at shorter intervals.
What does this mean for you?
For the reasons mentioned above, we are forced to pass on the increased costs to our prices. The specific adjustment to transportation charges will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Effective Date of the Change
The price change will take effect on July 18, 2026.
We would like to emphasize that this adjustment is not the result of an internal decision, but a direct response to a legislative change in Spain that affects the entire transportation market. Thank you for your understanding.
