Contactless cash on delivery payments now also available in Poland
From November 1, 2025, it will be possible to pay for cash on delivery shipments contactlessly in Poland, including export shipments from the Czech Republic.
Dear customers,
from November 1, 2025, we are expanding the option of contactless cash on delivery payments to include shipments delivered in Poland. This new feature also applies to shipments sent from the Czech Republic.
The service provides greater convenience for recipients of shipments, who can now pay contactless by payment card, mobile phone, or smartwatch directly upon receipt of the shipment.
It should be noted that this service is subject to a fee due to bank charges for card payments, as stated in the price list here.
The option to pay in cash remains unchanged.
This innovation is another step in our efforts to modernize our services and increase customer comfort. We believe that contactless payment will contribute to faster and more convenient delivery.
