NEW PRICE LIST OF TOLL FEES

Dear business partners,

We would like to inform you that based on the amendment to the Act on Roads, the toll rates and the toll methodology will change with effect from 1 March 2024. The amendment to the Road Act allows for an increase in toll rates by introducing a so-called fourth toll component as a charge for CO2 pollution for vehicles subject to tolls. The change is introduced in the context of the implementation of a European directive aimed at promoting further reduction of CO2 emissions.

As a result of these changes, the toll for truck transport has been increased again. The new toll rates consist of a road charge, an air pollution charge, a traffic noise charge and a charge for CO2 emissions. The toll is a form of tax that we cannot influence in its scope and amount except by deploying cars with higher environmental standards. Every year we invest considerable money in renewing our own fleet, but even so, unfortunately, we cannot avoid a rise in tolls.

In view of the above, we have to inform you that with effect from 1 March 2024, we are increasing the toll charges for domestic and international transport of pallet and individual consignments.

Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to further cooperation.
