Despite economic uncertainties, rising costs and increasingly intense competition, the Geis Group stayed on course in the 2024 financial year - and further consolidated its position in the market, and not just through company acquisitions. With a turnover of 1.95 billion euros, the family-owned company recorded an increase of 3.2 percent compared to the previous year. The Czech part of the group even achieved year-on-year turnover growth of 4.6%.

As of 1 January 2025, Geis will take over all shares of its long-standing partner, the Gras Group, based in Neuwied near Koblenz. The acquisitions strengthen the Geis Group's position in West and Central Germany and expand its position in the IDS network.
